Princess Elsa Dress Cosplay Costume Elsa Sparkling Blue Dress

I have made many this Princess Elsa dresses in 2018. The dress comes with the cape, which is Frozen version style.  I usually make the Elsa costume within 15 days if you give me the correct measurements.
